Autoclave Vertical

APS Instruments is claiming to be the largest manufacturer of Autoclave Vertical. Especially working on its build up, this has an inner chamber, made out of the finest quality of stainless steel of 304 grades. Body of the outer chamber is made of thick mild steel furnished with hammer toned paint as well as coated with stainless steel.

Talking about the head of this chamber, it is made of mild steel and lined with stainless steel. Pressure gauge is being provided with radial locking system. With a stainless steel basket which ensures a safety enough device to work on all conditions.

In order to check the water level it has a highly recommended water level indicator. Designed in such fashion where it consumes pressure up to 20 PSI. This is complete package with plug in cord to work on 220 volts A.C.

Fermenter Vessel

Fermenter Vessel is a flagship product of APS Instruments. This vessel is made of stainless steel provided with heating element. Fitted with pressure gauge and also it has a pressure release valve and because of these additional features that we provide, makes it a very demanding product in the market. That’s not all it also provides inlet and as well as outlet for pass out the cold water.

There are many ports which are included such as inoculation port and sampling ports, along with these one more port is being included which comes up with a temperature gauge. The entire assembly is covered with steam jacket having safety valve.
